A Lead-Boosting Content Strategy for 2025 | The Scoop Vol. 54
Since I'm new to Substack, I wanted to bring over the last 4 issues of the Scoop that I sent via email so you get an idea of the vibes.
Happy new year!!!! This is the first High Ticket Scoop newsletter of the year and we're coming into the year with a bang.
This 54th edition is going to be about a strategy you can use for your long form content this year that will drive high quality leads from search platforms and even people who aren't following you on social media yet.
Yes, it's an approach to content that will get you found and it's something we base our content strategy off of in Revolutionary Society. You're getting a lil taste soon later on in the newsletter.
Speaking of Revolutionary Society and since Christmas just passed, I want to share a gift I gave them that I'm so proud of because of the response I'm getting from them.
I released a custom Buyer Persona GPT to them Friday that is essentially their buyer persona that they can use to talk to and gather information for content topic ideas and market research.
They've been using it since Friday and here have been some reactions 🥹 ⤵️

My 39th birthday was just this past December 31st and I spent the day before ice skating for the first time with my girlfriends.
It felt like we were in high school or something and I loved every minute of it.
Those skating lessons I told you about a few months ago paid off because I was immediately a pro, my friends couldn't believe it, lol!
Would totally go again and pretty confident I can do this next time ⤵️ 😌
Honestly, I spent most of the 2 week holiday break working on the backend of my own business, speaking to leads, and watching TV.
Part of what I worked on over the break had to do with an update I've been making in Revolutionary Society this year.
I've spent the past 3 months building out this framework I've been using in my own business for the past year to create a marketing system that drives leads daily to my email list, website, and or DM without the need for launching or posting content every single day to social media.
I started hosting the Lead Overflow Challenge back in October as a prerequisite to the framework and now I've decided to create a free micro class to introduce service providers outside of Revolutionary Society to something that makes the framework successful.
I've NEVER taught this publicly or even in my community before (they're getting a full training on it this week).
You're getting a little snippet and anyone who takes my new micro class will learn about it for the first time!
Below are the cliff notes...
From July-September last year I built momentum with 1:1 services and was so booked out that I could barely manage my own business, let alone continue showing up to market it.
This happened to me in 2022, but that time I burnt out so bad that I stopped offering that service altogether and ended a coaching program I'd had for years to restructure my business and my marketing processes.
Thank God I was prepared this time around.
In 2023, I had created the multi-level, interconnected lead generation and sales conversion system between all my marketing channels.
Specifically the ones that I knew would work if I couldn't like my website, email, Youtube, Pinterest, and then for social media, the static parts of the account like highlights, links, and featured posts.
In a sec, I'm going to share the 4 checkpoints your own content must pass to grow your leads, nurture relationships, and drives sales even when you’re offline, too.
I found that, if your marketing content and your marketing accounts can hit all of these checkpoints, then they will all work together to create an Inception-level lead and sales cycle.
Remember the movie Inception?
Except in marketing, I create a content and marketing system that generates leads and sells within content within content within content.
Like Inception is a dream within a dream within a dream.
This setup has 4 checkpoints and is how I'm able to always have a flow of leads even when I'm offline which often happens when I'm booked with 1:1 services, after a launch, have emergencies, sick, or on holiday breaks.
The 4 checkpoints are:
Traffic to trust- where the goal is to attract new audiences with content that works for you 24/7, even when you’re offline
Trust to curiosity- where the goal is to build credibility and make your audience curious about what you offer
Curiosity to leads- where the goal is to turn interest into actionable steps like email sign-ups, discovery calls, applications or DMs
Leads to sales- where the goal is to nurture and convert leads into paying clients
For example if I have a 🎙️podcast episode that mentions my lead magnet ⤵️
That person signs up for the lead magnet and ends up on my 💌 email list ⤵️
The lead magnet not only promotes my service 🤑, but also has an email sequence trying to promote it too ⤵️
If they don't buy from that email sequence they go into another evergreen sales sequence until they buy on their own passively or I launch to my email list 🤑
Inception.
There's more to it and there is a whole setup, which is something we do together in Revolutionary Society.

I promised in my next newsletter I would share one of the prompts I gave both my members in Revolutionary Society and the people from the Lead Overflow Challenge to help them come up with high-converting long form content.
The benefit for those attendees is that on the spot, I gave each of them their first content idea, something I do in every session an in the Content Clinic on demand in Revolutionary Society.
Quick backstory—for your long form content to convert for either your offer, lead magnet, or to help your brand book a speaking engagement or corporate opportunity, there are 3 content themes (one for each of those 3 goals) with questions your content needs to answer to achieve the conversion goals.
For this newsletter we'll only work on the goal of generating sales for your signature offer or service.
For this theme, your content them needs to answer the question:
What do my ideal clients need help with?
Think about the challenges, roadblocks, or skills they need help with related to your signature offer. This is content that helps them see the direct value of your offer.
3 Different Industry Examples:
Health coach- She is a health and wellness coach that creates a custom health plan that incorporates both fitness and supplements to help them lose weight. How do I lose weight without the crash diet? That’s the only thing that’s ever worked. You’re making content telling them that they need to exercise or they need to eat healthy and to stop crash dieting, but all they’re thinking is a tried all of that and it never seemed to work, but when I drank only liquids for 2 weeks or did some other crash diet it did. So how is your program going to actually work for me.

Product Development Strategist- She helps them create the idea, plan, and prototype their tech product. They’re wondering: How is it possible if I don’t have a tech background? How can I keep up with the tech bros and keep up with them if I don’t have a tech background? Remember, the average consumer doesn’t know what’s possible, only you know because that’s your job.

Divorce Coach- She helps women with kids prepare for divorce. But I bet everyone who is preparing for divorce believes it’s just custody, financial records. When you know it's way more than that which is what makes you different than a divorce attorney.

Your turn! Think about the challenges, roadblocks, or skills they need help with related to your signature offer.
Now think about what the believe, tried, assume and answer the questions they have, but aren't asking out loud in your long form content via Youtube video, live video, blog post or podcast episode.
For the next 90-days everyone in Revolutionary Society is in the process of setting up their lead generating system that will bring a steady flow of leads to their email list, website, and DMs while reducing the amount of time they spend actively marketing.
This is a big update I've been proudly working on, and so many of you who engage with me on Instagram and even Threads have said marketing is a priority for you this year.
Especially lead generation, because you need more sales opportunities this year.
